Walktober: Step Up for Sarcoma

This October and November, Sarcoma Cancer Ireland invites you to join our “Walktober: Step Up for Sarcoma” challenge and make a meaningful difference in the lives of those affected by sarcoma. Over the course of two months, commit to walking a mile each day, and rally your friends, family, and colleagues to sponsor your efforts. By taking part, you’ll be raising vital funds to support crucial services for sarcoma patients, including educational programs, advocacy efforts, and essential support for patients and their families.

Why take part? Not only will you enjoy the benefits of regular exercise, but every step you take will directly contribute to providing much-needed assistance to those facing this rare and aggressive form of cancer. Whether you’re walking solo or creating a team, your efforts will help fund resources that sarcoma patients rely on during their toughest times.

Together, we can create a world where no one has to face sarcoma alone. Through your participation, you’ll be supporting critical programs that help families navigate their sarcoma journey, raising awareness about this often-overlooked cancer, and empowering others to take action.

With two full months to make a difference, there’s no better time to step up for sarcoma. Whether you walk a mile each day or set your own challenge, every effort counts towards improving the lives of sarcoma patients. So lace up your shoes, enjoy the benefits of walking, and help us take steps toward a brighter future for everyone impacted by sarcoma.
